Each new trainee receives a sound and comprehensive training manual in our initial training where we provide essential knowledge and understanding of the position and how the position fits within the organisational structure.

Our initial training also acts as a building block of practical and technical skills needed to prepare the new individual for his or her position.

We also incorporate “on the job” training where the graduate trains directly next to an existing employee. This ensures that the trainee experiences firsthand the different facets of the position.
