Interview with René Immelman
René’s advice to you
No one thinks it will happen, although we all know it can, we don’t think that it will happen. I think it’s a coping mechanism to go on with your life. You also can’t always be afraid that you might acquire some or other illness but if you do, the quicker you deal with it the better.
There are so many positive people, those in your friendship circle, your family, colleagues, at church and the various social circles that you belong to, that support you. There are also so many positive people that you encounter during your treatment, the oncologists and doctors. It’s just such a positive experience.
