It’s very easy to redeem your gift:

  • Click on the link you have received via SMS or email
  • Choose your gift from the dropdown menu
  • Complete your details
  • Click on “Redeem My Gift” to submit your gift choice

If you are a policyowner, your policy number is shown on the policy document that you received by email, WhatsApp, or courier.

You do not need to know your policy number in the event that you need assistance on your policy.

Once you have added your favourite Isabella product/s to your cart, simply enter the voucher code you received to the message at the bottom of your cart, before proceeding to checkout.

The Money-back benefit becomes payable when a policy has remained claim-free and in force throughout the Money-back period.  The Money-back lump sum is equal to 50% of all premiums received by the insurer during the Money-back period.

A friendly graduate consultant will ask you a few clarifying questions before transferring you to our Claims Department. A dedicated graduate claims consultant will then be assigned to you and will assist you from start to finish.

No. Platinum Life strictly adheres to a referral model which means that we only offer policies to persons referred to us by existing policyholders or persons known to us.

No, Platinum Life policies do not accrue a surrender value nor a loan value and our policies cannot be made paid-up.
